The Hotel Intercompany Comparison report, co-published by ETL ADHOGA, is a well-received regular publication within the industry and provides a qualified tool for operations, controlling, planning and benchmarking. It shows the average performance of selected operating groups in the German hotel industry in the 2024 financial year, including the 2025 budget. All key industry-specific indicators were analysed and processed. The operating groups are divided according to scope of services (limited and full-service hotels), revenue class and location (city and holiday hotels), supplemented by a breakdown according to conceptual focus (conference and wellness hotels). The data provided by the different companies are up-to-date and are treated confidentially and anonymously.
