The Hospitality Trend Report published by the TREUGAST International Institute has been re-launched in 2012. The main focus lies on the determination of the 10 most important societal key trends and their impacts on developments within the hotel, food service and hotel real estate industry. Based on these findings, the consultants give recommendations regarding the design of the "hotel of tomorrow". Further attention is given to the hotel real estate market as well as the evaluation of strategic groups. TREUGAST gives strategic recommendations for future hotel investments in consideration of those mega trends. By segmenting the findings into different groups with similar competitive strategies, a comparability is derived.
