EVALUATION OF HOTEL PORTFOLIOS
Within the framework of a portfolio valuation, larger inventories of real estate are examined. Generally, these are assigned in case of portfolio transaction, (re)-financing or company transformations. In focus, of the analysis, is the operational and economical performance of the single objects within the overall package. In normal cases, the valuation includes a detailed analysis of the hotel group’s structure, an assessment of the locations, and a compilation of a risk profile as well as an evaluation of the interface departments within the hotel group. As an instrument of early detection, the portfolio valuation provides a well-grounded basis for the decision-making process, which property within the portfolio support the planning structure, which ones need to be optimized and which ones are strategically not suitable.
